You should have your oil changed in your car approximately every 10,000 to 16,000 kilometers, or at least twice a year, but the exact interval depends on your specific vehicle and driving conditions.

You should have your spark plugs replaced every 50,000 to 160,000 kilometers, depending on the type of plug and your vehicle's make and model.
